Materials Request/Drop Off Form

Currently we have distributed more boxes than in previous years. At the present time we are completely out of promotional materials. We do not want this to be a deterrent and still encourage all of our supporters to please continue to collect Toys. Please make coordination with Sergeant Perry at 215-934-6555 ext 122 for pick up or drop off of Toys collected. The Marines here are very busy to meet the needs of the children of Philadelphia, please be patient as someone will get back to you as soon as we can. Thank you.
